How to pay

We don't use a card processor. You pay us directly, in USDT or USDC or by bank transfer / PayID, and your order ships once the payment is confirmed.

USDT or USDC

At checkout you choose a network and we generate a deposit address that belongs only to your order. The page shows the exact amount, a QR code, and updates itself as the network confirms your transfer.

  1. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown. Sending a different token or network will lose the funds.
  2. Your quote is held for 20 minutes. If the network is slow, the transfer still counts as long as it was sent in time.
  3. We wait for network finality — typically 1–2 minutes on Tron and BNB Smart Chain, 3–5 minutes on Ethereum.

Bank transfer or PayID

Prefer to pay from your Australian bank account? Choose bank transfer / PayID at checkout. Your order is placed on hold and we email you our payment details personally, so no account details are published on the site.

  1. Place your order with bank transfer / PayID selected. You'll get an order reference straight away.
  2. We email you our PayID and bank details during business hours.
  3. Transfer the total from your bank app, with your order reference in the reference or description field.
  4. We confirm the payment by hand and email you. Your order ships within one business day of confirming.

New to stablecoins?

USDT and USDC are digital dollars — one token is worth one US dollar. You can buy them with AUD on any Australian exchange (Swyftx, CoinSpot, Independent Reserve, Kraken) and send them straight from the exchange to the address on your order page.

  1. Buy the USDT amount shown at checkout (a little extra covers the exchange's withdrawal fee).
  2. Withdraw to the order address, choosing the same network as the order — TRC-20 is cheapest.
  3. Your order page updates itself as the network confirms, usually within a few minutes.

Shipping

Orders ship from within Australia by express post in insulated, discreet packaging within one business day of payment confirming. Local Australia only. Delivery is free on orders over $200; under that a flat $15 applies. Every vial is labelled with its batch number.
